Writing the answers.

One day I was busy with my work suddenly, I received a message from the student with questions, I read the doubt asked by the student. After some time I made an outline of the answer and replied. After a few minutes, I received another message with the same content. I followed the same way that I had done earlier. At the end of the day, I reviewed it very minutely, and within a fraction of a second the doubt and question chats I remembered and recalled all the interactions and started to note down how to write answers properly? 

 Dear student,

                This article is mainly for those students who are always confused about how to write answers properly in the examination. Sometimes students write the answers according to their understanding, remember, and recall. Sometimes they write related information or related points of the questions, It’s very natural to write the content as per the speed and flow. While answering they fully engage in their memorization process and writes the content very blindly. I mean at the moment whatever they remember they write. This is a very common factor that I observe while checking the notes and answer sheets.

But before writing an answer you should read the question very concentrative way. While reading the questions you can use the pencil to underline the important words that you have to refer while answering. Secondly, you have to make an imaginative outline of the answer. It is very impactful to get good marks in the exam. The third thing is that I always suggest to students to concentrate on your writing content or matter. 

             But, how to concentrate? How to prepare for that? Very simple task, you can do it on a daily basis. Few students are habitual in writing their daily dairy, in a diary they can write a sequence of a day purposively. Here they can write the daily phenomena which were happened on that day and cross-check it, whether described, as it is, or something that is added as per imagination. If they find any wrong sequence, they can cut that portion, if not find any irrelevant, keep it as it is the same matter, there is no need for change. For improvement in writing skills, regular writing exercise is required. Otherwise, students reflects their thoughts only in the examination. Exam answers are not only impacting the marks but also the personality. (Assessor can make a judgment) So, few things are enough for clear, concise, and neat answers. Always, remember the popular slogan, "Practice makes men and women perfect."
